Approaching Industry is a space for industry reference, conversation, and discourse in design. It exists to make information more accessible, gathering material in one place and sharing it openly, without barriers. The site is organised around four areas. A curated job listings page drawing from across creative industry job sites. A resources section compiling interviews, articles, and essays. An archive functioning as a design directory and a reference point of designers and studios worth knowing. And a growing collection of links and references spanning the wider field. The project is aimed at anyone in the early stages of a creative career. The intention is straightforward: industry knowledge, contacts, and opportunities should be easy to find. This site is an attempt to make that a little more true. Everything here is shared in the spirit of celebration and information. No agenda beyond that.
